When will my order be shipped?
Once you have placed your order, please allow us 1-2 working days to process your order. When processing is complete, you will receive a follow up email with your tracking number.
Please note, our 1-2 Working Days processing timeframe may be extended during our busy periods eg. sales and promotional periods.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this stage we are currently shipping within New Zealand and Australia but are working on providing worldwide shipping.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping timeframes are indicated in our shipping options in the checkout however we currently offer the following shipping pending your location;
- New Zealand Tracked Courier (1-2 Working Days)
- New Zealand Tracked Courier for Rural Addresses (2-5 Working Days)
- Australia Tracked Air Satchel (10-15 Working Days)
- Australia Tracked Courier (2-6 Working Days)
International (Customs/Taxes etc)
International orders may be required to pay any Inwards Goods Tax or Customs Fees. Lowkey Clothing Co is not responsible for any Customs Fee's or Inwards Goods Taxes that may occur in your destination country upon arrival, please may sure you check with your local Customs Department surrounding potential fees/taxes you may incur.
I have ordered the wrong size or colour, can I return my items?
Lowkey Clothing Co will accept returns on items that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed) for an exchange, credit or refund however these items must be returned to us within 14 days of arriving to you.
If you are wishing to return or exchange any items, please respond to your order confirmation email that you received at the time of purchase so we can provide you with instructions on how to return these items.
I have purchased an item that was on sale, can I return it?
Yes, we will accept the return of sale items or discounted items for a credit or exchange only. All garment tags must be still attached to the item and be in original condition within 14 days of receiving the items.
If you are wishing to return or exchange any items, please respond to your order confirmation email that you received at the time of purchase so we can provide you with instructions on how to return these items.
Please note, all return costs are the customers responsibility.
